Trip Buffet, being the third party, does not hold responsibility for any of the trips and tours that have been listed on the website. In the case of any discrepancy, the customer must contact the travel operator directly.
Cancellation By The Customer:In the case of cancellation made by the customer, Trip Buffet will not be responsible for refunding the booking amount.
Changes Made By Travel Operators Before Travel:The tour operators reserve the rights to do any change in the tour program due to unexpected conditions. The customer will be informed about the changes in the trip that they have booked and will be informed about the cancellation and refund policy by the travel operator. This may vary for each travel operator. Trip Buffet holds no accountability in such situations.
Circumstances Beyond Our Control:Trip Buffet cannot pay any compensation, reimburse expenses, or cover losses for any amount or otherwise accept responsibility, if as a result of circumstances beyond our control, there have been changes to any tour after booking by the tour operator. When we refer to circumstances beyond our control, we mean any event that we could not foresee or avoid, even after taking all reasonable care. Such circumstances will usually include, but are not limited to, war, a threat of war, airport closures, epidemic, natural or nuclear disaster, terrorist activity, civil unrest, industrial dispute, bad weather.
If You Have A Complaint:Trip Buffet aims to showcase the best tours possible. However, if you are not satisfied please complain as soon as possible to the relevant person (for example, the accommodation management or transport supplier). If they cannot help, you must tell your tour operator and they will do everything reasonably possible to sort the problem out.
